Shipping & Returns

Shipping (United States only)

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days (handcrafted; quality control on each piece).

  • Transit time: 3–6 business days (standard).

  • Cost: FREE standard shipping on orders $120+. Orders under $120: rate calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking: We email your tracking number when your order ships. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact support@rebellionag.com.

  • PO boxes & APO/FPO: Supported for standard service. Transit may vary.

  • Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged or shows no updates for 10 days after the last scan, email support@rebellionag.com with your order # and tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Final-sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized pieces.

  • How to start a return: Email returns@rebellionag.com with your order # and reason. We’ll send a prepaid label or instructions.

  • Return cost: Free exchanges within the U.S. For returns, the return label cost may be deducted from the refund, unless the item is defective.

  • Refund timing: Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges (U.S.)

  • Free exchanges for size/color (subject to stock). If an exchange item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

Handcrafted Variations

  • Each piece is handcrafted and may show slight dye/finish variations (acid-dye). This is part of its unique character (not a defect).

Pre-order / Made-to-order (if applicable)

  • Production time may add 5–10 business days before shipping. Pre-order status appears on the product page.
